Warranty
We want nothing more than our customers to be pleased with their purchase; if your NXT Scope Adapter fails you we will repair or replace it with the exact same model as long as the damage was caused by normal use. If your NXT Scope breaks and you’d like it repaired or replaced send an email to nxtscope@gmail.com requesting warranty service. After which we will send you a warranty number and an address to return it to at your expense. We will then repair or replace it.
While we stand behind our adapter forever we are unable to cover the phone case that comes with it. If a customer’s phone case is damaged. It is simply cheaper and easier for a customer to order a spare case than it is for them to send back the broken case for warranty.
Returns
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your NXT Scope purchase you can return it at your shipping expense as long as you request a return authorization number within 60 days of your order and it is in new condition. To receive a return authorization number email nxtscope@gmail.com. Returns do however require a 10% restocking fee.

Orders and Shipping
NXT Scope Adapters are custom made upon your order. They will typically be mailed the next business day if your order is in before 2:00 PM MST. We prefer to ship with USPS – First Class Mail.
